Thermal Imaging Microscopes for Non-Destructive Testing

Thermal imaging microscopy is an established method for rapidly and accurately identifying degects in solar panels, semiconductors, and PCB electrical testing. We offer fully integrated solutions using our thermal cameras, microscope optics, and software.  IRNDT Request Form

It is very easy to configure our VGA thermal imaging cameras for microscopy. Select the objective lens from below. We will configure a complete solution consisting of thermal camera, objective lens, vertical mounting, and sample translation stage (or use your own). The microscope is mounted on a standard optical breadboard so you can easily add and swap components.
