Based on a unique platform concept, the ALEX CCD product family offers a portfolio of scientific cameras with vacuum interface for imaging and spectroscopy in the VUV, EUV, soft and hard X-ray range. Vacuum Compatible Cameras

Based on a unique platform concept, the GE VAC product family offers a portfolio of scientific vacuum compatible cameras for imaging and spectroscopy in the VUV, EUV, soft and hard X-ray range up to 20 keV. They are fabricated in stainless steel or aluminium providing excellent vacuum compatibility. A single additional flange integrates electrical and water cooling feed throughs . Incoming photons are directly detected by the CCD sensor. No external controller is required to operate the detectors.
