The rapid emergence of markets for industrial LED's and solar energy products has driven demand for high performance/low cost solutions for radiometry; these systems perform absolute measurements on the optical radiation emitted by the device under study. Avantes offers superior and cost effective solutions supporting spectral irradiance in the UV, VIS, and NIR. For absolute radiometry measurements the purchased spectrometer can be configured and radiometrically calibrated at the Avantes photonics factory prior to delivery. The irradiance system can also be calibrated at the customer site using one of the Avantes calibrated light sources. Irradiance solutions can be delivered with AvaSoft-IRRAD; this software supports easy calibration and of the systems in your laboratory.
